Conditions of Board

Boarding fees are due and payable for the full booking period, though your pet may arrive late or be collected prior to the date of departure.

Martin Vets will attend to your pet should any illness arise. The full amount of vets fees are due and payable on departure date. Otherwise you will be invoiced by Martin Vets. Although the greatest of care will be given to ensure the welfare and happiness of boarders all animals are boarded purely at the owners own risk.

Certificates of inoculation must be shown on arrival and no animal will be boarded without proof. Should any dog remain uncollected 14 days beyond the departure date without communication, the proprietors reserve the right to assume ownership and take whatever action is deemed necessary.

If you are not collecting your dog you will be required to name the person who will be. The kennels will refuse to discharge the dog to an unnamed person.
